This was a wonderful home in a tree lined residential area. It was thoughtfully furnished throughout and the location was amazing. Walking distance to a beautiful park, a number of restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Gina was also very quick to reply to any messages and had some great recommendations in the guide book.

Space was ideal for a long term stay. Proximity to a few parks, great coffee, grocery stores, and downtown made it easy to get around and get set up. Host is very friendly, flexible, communicative, and helpful in making it a home away from home for travelers like me.

We stayed 4 months for my husband’s medical treatments and discovered it was only 8 minutes from the hospital. The place was comfortable, especially the king-size bed! Gina was a great host, understood our difficult situation and was always responsive to our needs. The place is 2 blocks from a huge, beautiful park where a diverse crowd of people gather to relax, play volleyball, walk dogs, rest in hammocks and just enjoy life. It’s a 20-minute walk to the State Capitol and the museum area—lots of great places to explore. Gina was always kind, professional, and very friendly. We highly recommend a stay at Gina’s place😊👍.

Loved the stay at Gina’s place. Gina was super communicative, helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient too, and walkable to downtown and parks nearby. The street parking is plenty during weekdays but during weekends, you’d have to park a block or two away from the unit but it’s still convenient. We also had a mid stay cleaning which I really appreciated.

Great experience from start to finish. The neighborhood is great, the place was exactly as described, and there were no issues to note. There is free street parking all around the place and there were no issues finding a spot. Would happily stay here again.

It was a truly amazing experience to stay at Gina's apartment in Denver. This is a special cozy place; everything was perfect, from inspired decoration details, comfort, space, cleanliness, prime location and best value. The apartment is equipped with a great king bed, and a couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The high speed wifi was perfect for my online work. Gina is not only a super-host, but a kind person, always providing quick response and attention all time.

I think Gina's place can be a really great fit, depending on what your needs are and what you're looking for. It wasn't the best fit for me, but the customer service/communication was absolutely top-notch, and it was in no way a bad experience. For context, my stay was mid-July through late August, I work remotely, and spent most of my time around the Denver area living fairly normally, rather than doing tourist-focused things. Pros: - Host communication - Gina was lightning fast to respond to any questions, concerns, etc. There's also an emergency maintenance number you can call, and any questions or issue I raised was resolved really quickly. They really care about you having a great experience and it shows in their service. - Wifi is fast; I work remote and was on Zoom calls regularly and had no issues. - Close to Cheesman Park & the Botanic Gardens, and walkable to restaurants/bars/coffee - Bed is very comfortable and sheets/bedding were high-quality - Washer/dryer are easy to access, and while it's shared with one other unit, I never saw them or had issues being able to get my laundry in/out - Safe neighborhood; I felt very comfortable walking around alone at night and while there's some street noise, it was relatively quiet Cons - if you book this place in summer, prepare to be pretty warm. There's a window unit in the bedroom that cools nicely, but it's loud and it only cools the bedroom itself, not the rest of the house. The living room was regularly 75-80 degrees in the evenings (outside temps of 95+, so not Denver's usual, but it does happen in the summer). Gina was super quick to bring me additional fans and help troubleshoot, but it generally wasn't the most ideal. - Parking was not great. There's street parking, and not really enough of it for the size of the neighborhood. I generally could find a spot within a block or two, so depending on what you're used to, not a big deal, but just be aware that you'll be needing your parallel parking skills and may have a longer walk if you get home later. - Highway access is a bit of a pain. While you're located near a lot of great things (Cheesman Park, grocery stores, the Botanic Gardens, restaurants on Colfax, RiNo), it's a bit of a hassle to get over to I-70 or a major highway because you're going through town. Not a huge deal if you're planning to mainly explore Denver, but if you're looking for a jumping off point to the mountains, this probably isn't the easiest. -The price is a little high for what you're getting. I had to book Gina's place last-minute due to another AirBnb falling through, and it was more expensive than generally what I would have expected to pay. Having said that, they really go out of your way to make sure you enjoy your stay, which is not the most common thing, so may be worth the price for you.
