Stay in this central home base and get to downtown Denver or I-70 in 10 minutes and shopping/groceries in 3 minutes. Hop on the light rail, which is just a 7-minute walk, and travel all along the Denver metro area. This is a quaint, fully-stocked one-bedroom unit featuring a large kitchen, onsite laundry and parking, and more. We serve traveling nurses and business professionals (and their pets) as we’re centrally located to Lutheran Medical and St Anthony Hospital (10 min drives).

***PLEASE NOTE: This part of Lakewood is a diverse area, and is an up-and-coming neighborhood. The apartment complex and area are safe, but please be aware that, as with most of Denver Metro right now, this area sees some homelessness. We've never had any issues with anyone, but I know some people may be sensitive to potentially seeing homelessness in the neighborhood, so please keep this in mind when booking. Also, this complex has a zero tolerance policy for parties. We have strict rules in place and large groups are prohibited along with loud music. If you are looking to book a space to party in, please look elsewhere. Thank you.

The apartment was perfect! The right size for my husband and I and our traveling dogs. Everything was super clean! Everything you needed to make a meal or enjoy the comforts of home was in that apartment. The outdoor area was a shared turf area among all the guests and residents in the 16 apartment complex. It was well kept, sunny, and a nice area to hang out and be friendly with other guests and residents. My husband and I loved that everything you needed was in a 2 mile radius of the apartment as well. Gina, the landlord/owner of the apartment, was also fabulous! If we needed anything, we just sent her a message, and within minutes, she replied. My husband, myself, and our dogs would highly recommend this apartment for your stay when you travel to Denver!

Pros: -Gina (host) was extremely responsive and easy to work with. -Great remote work setup never had an issue with the wifi. -Fully stocked kitchen -Good general location close to a lot of the neighborhoods and the mountains -Nice neighbors Cons: -The specific area is dicey. It is right off the main drag (Colfax,) where there is a lot of sketchy activity. We did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood. -When we first arrived, there was a very strong pet urine odor. The host ended up removing a chair from the unit, which eliminated the problem. I appreciate the help, but living ~1 week without being able to escape the smell of cat pee was unpleasant -Arrived to find a leaky sink and black mold in the kitchen -Sewage smell from the bathroom sink -Expensive for what you get - we are staying in another month long airbnb that is much bigger and in a safer location Overall, it was okay but I think there are some things that could've been attended to before our stay.

The neighborhood is as described, but that was no surprise. There weren’t any issues while I was there for my extended stay. The host was very responsive and so great to work with. The neighbors in the apartment community were friendly and great to live near. If me and my cats needed to go somewhere again, I would definitely stay at one of Gina’s properties again.

Gina was extremely responsive when we had any questions and very friendly. The apartment was exactly as stated and it was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay as we relocated to Denver. The space was dog friendly and quiet. We were able to make it our home for a few weeks as we found an apartment. Would recommend if you need a dog friendly space to stay for a bit.
